1. Overview
Ansys Digital provides digital services such as Shopify store design, theme customization, ads setup, and related support. These Terms govern your use of our website and engagement with our services.
2. Services Offered
We offer:
- Shopify Store Design (Dawn and Premium themes)
- Custom Shopify Theme Setup
- Meta Ads Manager Setup (₹600)
- Google Ads Manager Setup (₹4,500)
- Dropshipping & E-commerce Store Development
Delivery timelines and service scope are clearly communicated before the project begins.
3. Payment Terms
- A **40% token advance** is required to begin any service.
- The remaining **60% must be paid upon completion**, before access is delivered.
- The token amount is **non-refundable** once work has started.
- Payments are accepted **online only**.
4. Access & Delivery
- Project files, credentials, and access are shared only after full payment is received.
- Dropshipping stores are usually delivered within **2–3 business days**, and e-commerce stores within **7–8 business days**.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- **No refunds** are issued after project commencement.
- Cancellation after token payment **forfeits the advance**.
- Refunds (if any) are processed only in accordance with our dedicated **Refund Policy**.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate requirements at the start.
- Review project drafts within the provided timeframe.
- Ensure all assets (logos, content, credentials) are legally owned or licensed.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Copy, resell, or distribute our work without permission.
- Post defamatory or harmful content on our platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and code delivered are the property of Ansys Digital until full payment is received. Post-payment, the client receives full rights to use the project for commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Third-party downtime (Shopify, ad platforms, etc.)
- Losses due to incorrect credentials or data provided by the client.
- Results from advertising campaigns (as they depend on audience, market, and budget).
10. Modifications to Service or Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Changes
We may update these terms. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
