Since we offer digital services such as Shopify store design, theme customization, Google Ads setup, and Meta Ads setup, the following return and refund terms apply:
🧾 Token Payment Policy
- A **40% token payment** is required before we begin work on your project.
- This token amount is **non-refundable**, even if the project is canceled by the client after payment.
✅ Final Payment & Delivery
- Once the project is completed, you are required to pay the **remaining amount** before we hand over access to your store or deliver any final assets.
- No access or files will be shared until **full payment is received**.
🚫 No Refunds After Delivery
- Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, **no refunds will be issued after the final delivery or after access has been provided.**
- We encourage clients to review the work thoroughly before making the final payment.
🕐 Service Modification & Revisions
- If there are genuine issues or errors in the delivered project, we offer **limited free revisions within 3 days of delivery**.
- Requests made after this period may incur additional charges.
